  Eric started his career with the Permira investment fund from 1996 to 2000 and then, embarked in 2000 on an entrepreneurial adventure as the Chief Financial Officer of the e-commerce company chapitre.com (www.chapitre.com). Eric joined the mid-cap LBO team at AXA Private Equity (now Ardian) in 2000, where he worked as Managing Director until 2010 and was involved in some twelve investment transactions. As SMEs and entrepreneurship are a part of his family heritage, he worked with a family office in 2010 and 2011 and decided to found Capital Croissance in 2012 to finance and support high growth potential SMEs, with the support of a  huge ecosystem of private investors. Eric has almost 25 years’ experience in private equity investment (over 30 transactions carried out).

  He is a graduate of the Audencia Business School and holds a Master’s 225 degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” (Msc 225) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine as well as a DECF ( Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies).

  Fabrice began his career at LCL where he spent seven years, first in a Large Companies business centre and then in the Corporate Finance Division in acquisition finance. He joined the Perfectis Private Equity small-cap investment fund in 2005, where he was involved, as Investment Director, in six acquisitions and five external growth transactions. He then joined Capital Croissance in 2012. Fabrice has more than 10 years’ experience in private equity investment and seven years’ experience in bank financing for SMEs.

  He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a postgraduate diploma in “Banking-Finance Insurance” from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a Master’s degree in “Financial Techniques” from the ESSEC Business School.

  Julie began her career at Capzanine (now CAPZA) when it was created in 2004. She contributed to the company’s development for eight years and completed some fifteen transactions. Then, in 2011, Julie helped create the Women Equity Partners asset management company before joining Capital Croissance in 2013. Julie has more than 10 years’ experience in private equity investment.

  She holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and also has a Master’s 225 degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” from the University of Paris IX Dauphine

  Julien started his career as auditor at KPMG, before working at PwC within the Transaction Services departement where he carried out financial due diligences for both private equity funds and corporates. Julien entered the private equity industry by joining Cobalt Capital in 2007 shortly after it was created, where he completed several LBO transactions in the small and mid cap segment. He joined Capital Croissance in 2019. Julien has over 10 years of experience in private equity investment.

  Johanne started her career at Andera Acto (formerly ActoMezz) and then joined the Private Equity investment fund Capza (formerly Capzanine) from 2010 to 2016. She then worked in the Capital Development division of Bpifrance as an Investment Director until the end of 2021, when she joined Capital Croissance. She has more than 12 years of experience as an investor and has participated in nearly 15 transactions.

Afterwards, Amélie founded a booking platform for occasional day care places named Résacrèche. She has also worked as Senior Associate at Bridgepoint.

  Sami started his carrier at Crédit Lyonnais and then at Société Générale in New-York, before entering the private equity world in 2007 by spending 5 years within the Perfectis Private Equity small-cap investment fund. He then joined HLD in 2012 and Paluel-Marmont Capital in 2015 as Investment Director, before working for LT Capital in 2017 where he was promoted to Partner. Sami is part of the Edelweiss team within Capital Croissance since January 2021. Sami has 15 years’ experience in small-cap private equity investment (over 20 transactions carried out).

  Christophe started his carrier within the large caps mergers & acquisitions department of DrKW in 2006 and then of UBS Investment Banking from 2007 to 2009. He then created and developed Chaak, the first Mexican fast-food chain in France, for 5 years. He entered the private equity world in 2014 and spent 6 years at Industries & Finances Partenaires (now known as Bee Up Capital) where he was involved in 3 acquisitions and 16 external growth transactions. He joined Capital Croissance within the Edelweiss team in 2020. Christophe has 6 years’ experience in private equity investment, 5 years’ experience in entrepreneurship and 3 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions.

  Pierre co-founded the startup fund GEM Angels as part of his studies. He started his carrier in the private equity world at Siparex for 6 years, before working as deputy CEO at Groupe Ubique, software editor specialized in the foodtech and retail segments. He worked for Sofimac for 3 years as Investment Director within the Small Cap team, before joining Capital Croissance within the Edelweiss team early 2021. Pierre has nearly 10 years’ experience in private equity investment (over 10 transactions carried out).

  He is graduate of both Neoma Business School and the University of Beijing; he also holds the Master Grande Ecole and a specialized Master in entrepreneurship from the Grenoble Ecole de Management.

He worked for 4 years at Sophia Capital, an investment fund specialized in listed American companies, and then joined the Swiss fund of funds Signet Capital in Lausanne. Having always been attracted to entrepreneurship, he left the financial world to take over a Parisian SME that was in great difficulty. Specialized in the high-end tourism and events sectors, the latter is today’s leader in its market.
