He started his career with the Permira investment fund from 1996 to 2000 then, in 2000, embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure as the Finance Director of the e-commerce company chapitre.com. In 2000 Eric then joined the mid-cap LBO team at AXA Private Equity (now Ardian) where he worked as a Managing Director until 2010. Over these years he helped complete some fifteen investment transactions.
As SMEs and entrepreneurship are a part of his family heritage, he decided to found Capital Croissance in 2010 to finance and support high growth potential SMEs, with the support of a huge ecosystem of private investors.
Eric has almost 20 years’ capital investment experience (over 20 transactions carried out).
He is a graduate of the Audencia Business School and holds a Master’s 225 degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” from the University of Paris IX Dauphine as well as a DECF (Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies).
Eric loves Provence and now divides his time between Paris, train stations, airports... and Aix-en-Provence, where his family is based. Eric is married with three sons and devotes his spare time to photography, music (he used to be a DJ!), travelling around the world, walking, cooking and evenings with family and friends.
Fabrice began his career at LCL where he spent seven years, first in a Large Companies business centre and then in the Corporate Finance Division in acquisition finance. He joined the Perfectis Private Equity small-cap investment fund in 2005, where he was involved, as Head of Investments, in six acquisitions and five external growth transactions. He then joined Capital Croissance in 2012.
Fabrice has more than 10 years’ experience in private equity and seven years’ experience in bank financing for SMEs.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a postgraduate diploma in “Banking-Finance Insurance” from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a Master’s degree in “Financial Techniques” from the ESSEC Business School.
In order to keep his Apollo-like physique in shape, Fabrice loves to run, swim and especially play basketball, where his size, sense of teamwork and ability to laugh at himself serve him well.
Julie began her career at Capzanine (now CAPZA) when it was created in 2004. She contributed to the company’s development for eight years and completed some fifteen transactions. Then, in 2011, Julie helped create the Women Equity Partners asset management company before joining Capital Croissance in 2013.
Julie has more than 10 years’ experience in capital investment.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and also has a Master’s 225 degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” from the University of Paris IX Dauphine
Julie is curious, always on the lookout for now things to do and is happy to share her many good ideas, such as her weekend destinations and eclectic recent discoveries, from foreign novels to unusual places in Paris, and even little-known neighbourhood restaurants, with her family and friends.
Cédric began his consulting career by restructuring troubled SMEs within the Deloitte Group, where he worked from 2004 to 2008. He joined the private equity world in 2008 and spent four years at OFI Private Equity (now Eurazeo PME). He then joined Capital Croissance in 2012.
Cédric has eight years’ experience in capital investment and four years’ experience in financial consulting and restructuring.
He is a graduate of the ESCP-Europe Business School
Cédric loves the great outdoors and surrounding himself completely in the natural world. To satisfy this passion he regularly travels to still unspoiled wildernesses in Scotland, Africa or Central Asia.
Julien started his career as auditor at KPMG, before working at PwC within the Transaction Services departement where he carried out financial due diligences for both private equity funds and corporates. Julien entered the private equity industry by joining Cobalt Capital in 2007 shortly after it was created, where he completed several LBO transactions in the small and mid cap segment. He joined Capital Croissance in 2019.
Julien has over 10 years of experience in private equity investing.
He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
Maxime and Capital Croissance have remained faithful since his internship in 2013, after early experiences with Lagardère Active and AstraZeneca.
He is a graduate of the Audencia Business School and holds an MSc in Finance from the ESADE Business School
Maxime is passionate about Spain, Marama Vahirua, the Enlightenment, distance running and Vietnamese food.
Amélie joined Capital Croissance in June 2019. Prior to that, she first worked at Société Générale (Corporate & Investment Banking) in Hong-Kong, and spent 4 years at KPMG within the Transaction Services department. Afterwards, Amélie founded a booking platform for occasional day care places named Résacrèche. She has also worked as Senior Associate at Bridgepoint.
She is graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Germain joined Capital Croissance in July 2019 after having worked as Associate at CM-CIC Investissement for 3 years. Previously, he had worked for Total as analyst.
He is graduated from Toulouse Business School and holds an Accounting and Finance Diploma (DCG) from Notre Dame de Grandchamp.
Jeanne joined Capital Croissance end of 2018, after first work experiences both in private equity and private debt within the Small-Caps team of Naxicap Partners and then at LGT European Capital.
She holds a Master degree in “Banking & Finance” (Msc 224) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
Philibert joined Capital Croissance in May 2018 where he completed his final internship. He has previous work experiences in entrepreneurship, audit and consulting at Click&Boat, Deloitte and Eight Advisory.
He holds a Master degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” (Msc 225) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
In love with Brittany and gastronome, Philibert is passionate about submarine exploration, volley-ball and tennis.

Guy-Hubert joined Capital Croissance in 2018 in Aix-en-Provence, after 5 years in entrepreneurship as franchisee.
Prior to that, he worked for 5 years in M&A, first at Ohana&Co and then at L’Lione & Associés (9 sale transactions) and had worked in the Transaction Services department of E&Y where he had participated to c. 30 Financial Due Diligences.
He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.
Passionate about nature, large green spaces and sport, Guy-Hubert finds his balance by always adding a nice gourmet stop-off to his trips and various activities.

Born in a family of entrepreneurs in the North of France, Augustin discovered the investment world in 2006 in San Francisco where he was studying. He worked for 4 years at Sophia Capital, an investment fund specialized in listed American companies, and then joined the Swiss fund of funds Signet Capital in Lausanne. Having always been attracted to entrepreneurship, he left the financial world to take over a Parisian SME that was in great difficulty. Specialized in the high-end tourism and events sectors, the latter is today’s leader in its market.
Augustin is graduated from the University of San Francisco.
Sophie started her career as auditor within the EXCO network, and then became financial controller at Ardian and CM CIC Private Capital. After 3 years spent at Omnes within the Investor Relations team, Sophie joined Capital Croissance in January 2019.
She is graduated from Kedge Business School.
