Capital Croissance has helped to offer liquidity to historical investors. Capital Croissance assists the Group in its development plan, including via external growth.

Created in 2019 from the merger of the two software publishers IDEA (Topaze and Télévitale) and SNAL (Albus), the Sofia group has established itself as a key player in business software for paramedical professions in France. Its solutions cover the entire functional chain (e.g. creation of care files, organization and planning of activities, billing, remote transmission); they are positioned on the market as references in terms of innovation.

Sofia currently equips nearly 30,000 healthcare professionals, including over 17,000 private nurses (No. 2 in the market), 5,000 physiotherapists (No. 3 in the market) and over 300 nursing centers (No. 1 in the market), thanks to its teletransmission software offer and digitalized monitoring and billing services.

Geoffroy Lapoint, President of Sofia: “The dynamics and prospects for the Sofia Group are very exciting. We are delighted to continue this great adventure with our historical partners, and delighted to welcome IK Partners for this new stage in the company’s development”

Eric Neuplanche, President and founder of Capital Croissance: “We are very pleased with Sofia’s performance over the last 5 years, notably by the successful merger between SNAL and IDEA. We are convinced that the group, led by a talented management team, has solid foundations for a sustainable growth. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the management team, Extens, Bpifrance and now IK Partners, a renowned investor with complementary qualities, through our K2 Business Club fund”
