  Eric started his career with the Permira investment fund from 1996 to 2000 and then, embarked in 2000 on an entrepreneurial adventure as the Chief Financial Officer of the e-commerce company chapitre.com (www.chapitre.com). Eric joined the mid-cap LBO team at AXA Private Equity (now Ardian) in 2000, where he worked as Managing Director until 2010 and was involved in some twelve investment transactions. As SMEs and entrepreneurship are a part of his family heritage, he worked with a family office in 2010 and 2011 and decided to found Capital Croissance in 2012 to finance and support high growth potential SMEs, with the support of a huge ecosystem of private investors. Eric has almost 25 years’ experience in private equity investment (over 30 transactions carried out).

  He is a graduate of the Audencia Business School and holds a Master’s 225 degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” (Msc 225) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine as well as a DECF ( Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies).

  Fabrice began his career at LCL where he spent seven years, first in a Large Companies business centre and then in the Corporate Finance Division in acquisition finance. He joined the Perfectis Private Equity small-cap investment fund in 2005, where he was involved, as Investment Director, in six acquisitions and five external growth transactions. He then joined Capital Croissance in 2012. Fabrice has more than 10 years’ experience in private equity investment and seven years’ experience in bank financing for SMEs.

  He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a postgraduate diploma in “Banking-Finance Insurance” from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a Master’s degree in “Financial Techniques” from the ESSEC Business School.

Julie has more than 10 years’ experience in private equity investment.

  Benjamin began his career in investment banking in 2003 at JPMorgan in Paris in M&A and then in London in leveraged finance.
  In 2006, he joined the French mezzanine and equity investment team of Intermediate Capital Group, with whom he completed a dozen LBO deals.
  In 2015, he moved to Hong Kong with his family, where he developed a deal-by-deal investment activity that he continued on his return to France at the end of 2018, in partnership with private equity funds and families. He also advised the Kepler Cheuvreux group on the definition and raising of a preferred capital strategy from 2019 to 2022.
  Benjamin joins Capital Croissance in 2023 to focus on the K2 Business Club, and has 18 years of varied experience (situations, company sizes, instruments) in private equity.

  He holds a Master degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” (Msc 225) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.

  Marine started her career at GL events, a leader in the events sector, and then at Leaders League media. She joined Bpifrance in 2018 and the Funds of Funds team to accelerate partner management companies, structure an ecosystem of international investors and develop marketing and communication actions. She then joined iytro, a pioneer in part-time marketing for growing startups and SMEs, as General Manager to structure and develop the entity. She then undertook a number of strategic marketing assignments for French investment funds, before joining Capital Croissance in April 2024.

  Pierre co-founded the startup fund GEM Angels as part of his studies. He started his carrier in the private equity world at Siparex for 6 years, before working as deputy CEO at Groupe Ubique, software editor specialized in the foodtech and retail segments. He worked for Sofimac for 3 years as Investment Director within the Small Cap team, before joining Capital Croissance within the Edelweiss team early 2021. Pierre has nearly 10 years’ experience in private equity investment (over 10 transactions carried out).

  He is graduate of both Neoma Business School and the University of Beijing; he also holds the Master Grande Ecole and a specialized Master in entrepreneurship from the Grenoble Ecole de Management.

  Alix started her career within the impact Private Equity investment fund Investir&+, and then worked for Greenworking, a consulting firm specializing in managerial innovation and quality of life at work, for four years. At the same time, she is developing her skills in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and carbon footprint reduction, in particular through the animation of Climate Fresk and Carbon Footprint® training. Alix joined Capital Croissance in November 2021 as CSR Manager, in order to help our participations to integrate CSR into their practices and develop the consideration of CSR issues within our ecosystem.
