Transmit
MBO / MBI

  • As managing director of a SME, your majority shareholder (family, industrial group, etc.) wants to sell its shares and you are looking for a partner to help you buying them back (MBO)
  • As managing director and main shareholder, you want to sell your shares and transmit the company’s management (retirement, new project, etc.) but you do not have any in-house successor (MBI)

Secure
OBO & securities reclassification

  • As managing director and main shareholder, you want to secure a part of your assets while retaining both the control of the company’s capital and its management (OBO)
  • You want to reorganise your round table to offer liquidity to your minority shareholders (reclassification of securities)
