Gaia Impact is an impact investment advisory firm that complies with the guidelines set out in Article 9 of the SFDR regulation and has the status of “entreprise à mission”. Its first fund Gaia Impact Fund I was created in 2017 to act for the energy transition.
Its investment strategy, focused on Venture Capital, targets communities and businesses not or poorly served by electricity grids, mainly in Africa.
Its second fund, Gaia Energy Impact Fund II (GEIF II), is designed to make equity and quasi-equity investments of between €500,000 and €5m in around twenty companies in seed or growth phase (seed to series B).
Through this fund, and thanks to the mobilisation of an experienced team, Gaia Impact aims to unlock the transformative potential of Clean Energy and empower entrepreneurs and their communities.
