Created in 2011 in Bordeaux, ID&AL Groupe is an actor specialized in the real estate development of collective housing which also expanded its activities in the rehabilitation field.

Since its creation, ID&AL Groupe has delivered nearly 1,750 housing units through 50 programs, the majority of which being located in the southwestern quarter of France.

The Group claims a modern, agile and responsible positioning, in line with the aspirations of elected officials in terms of urban development and environmental performance.

ID&AL Group has a hundred employees working in its 5 regional agencies.
