Intervention
Capital Croissance enabled partial liquidity of historical shareholders and the entry of key managers into the capital. Capital Croissance supports the Group on strategic and structural projects, particularly in external growth and international expansion.

Aether Financial Services is France’s leading independent provider of financial transaction execution services. Founded just over 10 years ago, it now has a team of over 40 employees based in Paris and London.

The company offers a full range of services to its clients, providing them with administrative, legal and financial resources. A one-stop shop with expertise in Agency, Valuation and Corporate and Issuer Services, Aether Financial Services has become an essential partner for those involved in Corporate Finance.

Aether Financial Services is the only independent financial agent in France to have been approved as a payment institution by the ACPR. It manages flows on behalf of third parties, acting as an escrow agent or paying agent, and is thus involved in the entire value chain of executing private financial transactions.

Edouard Narboux and Henri-Pierre Jeancard, co-founders of AFS, said:
«In this context of market consolidation, we wanted to position ourselves as a capital-intensive partner for all the players in our ecosystem who share our values of professionalism and excellence in the delivery of their services. We are therefore delighted to be taking this step alongside Capital Croissance, a leading private equity firm. On an organic level, their financial and strategic support will enable us to recruit new talent, expand our international presence and diversify our activities, in particular by structuring new digital services to broaden our range of services for our customers.  We look forward to putting in place a common governance structure to meet our ambitions.»
