Intervention
Capital Croissance enabled the partial liquidity of the historical shareholder and the managerial transition with the entry of the new CEO into the capital. Capital Croissance supports the management in the continued development and structuring of the company.

Founded in 1998, E-Testing is a SaaS software platform dedicated to the assessment of professional skills (hard skills), personality and motivation (soft skills), as well as the prevention of occupational risks (serious games) across various sectors and professions (logistics, IT, construction, services, retail, industry, finance, public administration, food processing, nuclear, energy, chemistry, psychosocial risks, technical professions, etc.).

E-Testing is a leading player in skill assessment, recognized for the depth of its offering with a catalog of nearly 800 tests, and currently serves more than 300 clients (including temporary employment agencies, schools and training organizations, corporate HR departments, and recruitment firms).

The company, based in Nantes, employs around fifteen people.
