Capital Croissance is supporting Ilona’s spin-off and path to independence, following its incubation within Suire Vie & Patrimoine, through a fundraising round carried out alongside its former parent company, the management team, Georges-Henri Lévy (co-founder of Ciprés), and an experienced insurance industry professional.
This transaction provides Ilona with both capital and operational autonomy, enabling the company to enter a new phase of development and to accelerate its commercial and technological rollout.

Born out of the spin-off from Suire Vie & Patrimoine, Ilona is a 100% digital health and protection insurance wholesale broker, specializing in self-employed professionals (TNS) as well as VSEs and SMEs.

Commercially launched in April 2024, the platform enables brokers to manage the entire policy lifecycle in a simple and efficient way. The business model is built on clear, reliable, and tailored insurance solutions, designed in partnership with leading insurers.

Ilona employs more than 10 people.
