Oceanet Technology was founded in Nantes in 1996 and is a benchmark player in the value-added hosting of critical data and applications and secure multi-site interconnection in France and Switzerland. Oceanet Technology is based on stable and reliable infrastructures at the forefront of technology, which are hosted in eight data centres, three of which are wholly or partly owned by the company. Capital Croissance’s entry into Oceanet Technology’s capital enabled it to acquire NBS.

Created in 1999 by Philippe Humeau and Arnaud Becquart, NBS System is a specialist in computer security (penetration tests, IT security audit and consulting, etc.) and high security hosting (CerberHost) which protects the hosted companies from all kinds of attacks on their websites. NBS System is notably a leading player in hosting and outsourced management of e-commerce websites (Magento, Hybris, etc.) with more than 3,000 externally managed websites (2/3 under Magento) in two high performance data centres. The company operates in France and the UK.
