A major player in the renovation of buildings at risk

Founded in 2017 and based in Aubagne, Renobat specializes in renovating buildings in danger of collapse, with particular expertise in Haussmann-style condominiums with 1 to 5 floors. The Group works on old and fragile structures, requiring both urgent preservation work and major reinforcement or complete rehabilitation. Its expertise is based on three key skills: rapid response, technical mastery of old buildings, and operational agility in constrained urban environments.
The Group currently employs 36 people in the Marseille area. It has a base of more than 2,000 long-standing clients and carried out 380 projects in 2024 on behalf of private clients (condominium associations, real estate companies) and public clients (local authorities, town halls). Renobat benefits from a strong local presence, reinforced by a solid reputation, recognized reliability of execution, and close interconnection with a network of some thirty technical design offices, which are key influencers in its business.
