Capital Croissance enabled the total or partial liquidity of the historical shareholders and the management team's equity stake increase. Capital Croissance supports the management in the pursuit of growth and the structuring of the company.

Founded in 1998 by Francis Ascione, Tradim is the leading French software publisher specialized in waste management solutions. Its modular offer “Ecocito” is adapted to the French municipalities’ needs in charge of the collection or the treatment of household wastes. Ecocito covers the entire value chain, from the management of waste collection centers to the invoicing of waste collection fees to the users, in particular within the framework of the implementation of unit-based pricing programs. Tradim has also developed a management and invoicing solution for the water and wastewater treatment market, which is already used by municipalities.

The company, managed by its founder Francis Ascione and the General Manager Anna Lartigau, employs 30 peoples in its offices based in Paris, Nantes, Dijon and Nîmes.

Francis Ascione (President and founder of Tradim): “After 23 years of development of our Ecocito solution, in 2021, we reached a new milestone in a national context of public services digitalization, especially with respect to household waste management services, showing a strong demand for business software. It seemed necessary to be supported by investors in the digital sector who, in addition to their financial support, would be able to provide us with methods and means in terms of internal organization of the company, analysis of our market and commercial development. In this perspective, we are convinced that Capital Croissance and Turenne Emergence, with whom we share the same human and entrepreneurial values, are the right partners.”
